How to insert a New Task

  1. Please select “My Tasks” from the menu and then “Add new task”
  2. You can choose the user/employee of yours that you want to assign this task to.
  3. You can choose the specific Account & Contact that you want this task to get related to you. If you do this, the email field and phone field are auto filled.
  4. As a “Recurrence”, you can choose if you want this task to get repeated in the future.
  5. With the “Reminder” option you can set a reminder for your task.
